4Culture (formerly Cultural Development Authority of King County )

4Culture is King County's cultural services agency. 4Culture is located in Seattle, Washington, and was established in January of 2003 to continue the work of the King County Arts Commission, Public Art Commission and the heritage programs of the Landmarks Commission.

Allied Arts

The mission of Allied Arts is to enhance the cultural livability of Seattle and to create a social network of people who care about the Arts, Urban Design and Historic Preservation.

The National Endowment for the Arts is a public agency dedicated to supporting excellence in the arts, both new and established; bringing the arts to all Americans; and providing leadership in arts education. Established by Congress in 1965 as an independent agency of the federal government, the Endowment is the nation's largest annual funder of the arts, bringing great art to all 50 states, including rural areas, inner cities, and military bases.


The National Endowment for the Humanities is an independent grant-making agency of the United States government dedicated to supporting research, education, preservation, and public programs in the humanities.


NYFA Source is the most extensive national directory of awards, services, and publications for artists. Listings include over 3,400 arts organizations, 2,800 award programs, 3,100 service programs, and 900 publications for individual a rtists across the country. More programs are added every day.

Seattle Office of Arts & Cultural Affairs

The Office of Arts & Cultural Affairs promotes the value of arts and culture in and of communities throughout Seattle. By fostering and highlighting the creative contributions of our artist citizens to every facet of the community, we foster the creativity in every resident and build a healthy and vibrant Seattle.

Washington State Arts Alliance

The members of the Washington State Arts Alliance are artists, arts organizations, business people, arts educators, policy makers, parents, and people from all walks of life who are committed to keeping the arts strong and at the center of community life across Washington State.


WESTAF, the Western States Arts Federation, is a nonprofit arts service organization dedicated to the creative advancement and preservation of the arts. Based in Denver, Colorado, WESTAF fulfills its mission to strengthen the financial, organizational and policy infrastructure of the arts by providing innovative programs and services to artists and arts organizations in the West and nationwide.
